Cancellation Policy

[JPlay International Snow Skiing School Precautions]

The following terms and conditions shall be agreed upon by the applicant:

  • Course fees do not include equipment fees, lacquer cars and cable cars.

  • If you feel any physical problems during the course, you will be notified immediately if you experience any physical problems. Due to severe underlying symptoms, we are planning to cancel the meeting.

  • Personal information provided from time to time, which we may use under the following circumstances:

    • Work direction information for each school class, duty, or confirmation name content time system system

    • If you wish to use a telephone number, please contact us or confirm your appointment time.

  • Before participating in the course, learn about the dangers of snow skiing that can be life threatening and harmful to others.

  • Comply with the course of study, precautions for ownership and behavior on snow skiing areas, and responsibility for owning and handling the snow skiing activities. In order to prevent the dangers of the school itself, there are no factors that can be avoided, such as equipment or equipment, etc. In the event of an accident, bodily injury or property damage to the person or a third party, the school and its members, the school and the snow skiing area will not be held responsible.

[Notes about JPlay International Ski School]

・Lesson fees do not include equipment rental fees, gondola or lift fees.

If you become unwell during a lesson, please notify your instructor immediately.

If you are experiencing symptoms of illness, we may have to cancel your lesson.
